Yagil Meron holds a LLB degree in the business management program from the University of Haifa and became a member of the Israeli Bar in 2003 Yagil conducted his legal internship at Tulchinsky Stern and Co., a leading law firm in Jerusalem, guided by Magen Eltuvia, where he specified in the fields of international tax law and commercial law. Yagil gained an extensive experience in drafting legal opinions regarding tax and corporate issues, and engaged in investments of leading joint ventures. After becoming a member of the Israeli Bar, Yagil joined Ordan and Co., a real estate law firm in Jerusalem and upon moving to Haifa, Yagil joined Goldsobel& Kirshen Law Firm Adv. Yagil Meron's field of practice: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Tax and Commercial Law, including: legal consulting to companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and franchise agreements.
